The Queen's Jewels Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an item has been shipped. It is at the buyer's expense to ship to fix damaged items that were caused by USPS. The Queen's Jewels Boutique is not responsible for items stolen on your property or liable to fix items that were caused by you due to negligence.
